Denzel Washington Back for 'Unstoppable'

Two weeks after formally stating his withdrawal from "Unstoppable", Denzel Washington is coming back to join the 20th Century Fox's drama. On Wednesday, July 22, Variety reported that the two-time Academy Award-winner and the studio have closed the deal which makes the project back on its track.

Back on July 14, the publication came up with a story that Washington decided to let go of his attachment to the movie project. Rumors at that time suggested the actor left the project because the studio tried to cut down their budget which resulted in them asking him to shave some of his fee. Following Washington's withdrawal, the studio allegedly prepared a new offer with hope that he might reconsider his decision of leaving the movie project.

Comic Con 2009: First Clip From 'Saw VI'

Jigsaw has gathered his new victims and placed them in his latest death trap. In the first "Saw VI" clip revealed by Lionsgate, a man enters a room wherein six of his most important associates are strapped into a potentially deadly carousel. Then, Jigsaw lays down the rule for the game: two live and four will die, and for those who live, the man has to make sacrifices.

The two-minute long clip reportedly has been shown to the visitors of San Diego Comic Con 2009 who come to the Lionsgate booth. Unleashing how the wheel of death trap works, it corresponds directly to the official one sheet outed by Bloody-Disgusting earlier, which is also displayed at the annual convention.

'Grey's Anatomy' Will Be Ready Without Meredith Grey

Should Ellen Pompeo find it too consuming being a first time mother, Shonda Rhimes will be well-prepared for a story without her character on "Grey's Anatomy". Ellen is seven months pregnant and the sixth season production has just been kicked off, thus Shonda is making some selections of story lines to anticipate the actress' absence during maternity leave.

"It's going to be tricky," Shonda told EW. "Ellen is incredibly optimistic and somehow thinks she'll be back and ready to rock 'n' roll. [But] I have a child, so I know that that's not true. [So] we have a lovely story [on deck] that will take us into her maternity leave. And we have plans for some really interesting stand-alone episodes for [while she's gone]."

In further interview with Pop Tarts, the movie beauty talks of her tendency dating older men. "That's just what works for me. I usually just have more in common with them for some reason. I guess because I've just always been around older people," she explains.

Comic Con 2009: The Green Hornet's Black Beauty Uncovered

"The Green Hornet" kicked off San Diego Comic Con 2009 with the unraveling of the titular character's car, the Black Beauty, on Wednesday, July 22. The big reveal happening on the exhibition floor was done by leading actor Seth Rogen along with director Michel Gondry, producer Neil Moritz and co-writer Evan Goldberg.

"Sometimes you have to go a long way to get back to where you started," Rogen told MTV News about the choosing of the car. "We went to a lot of major auto manufacturers who pitched different designs and different futuristic takes on it. To us, it was important that it seem like a guy could actually build this car, that it was something you could use on the streets. We ended up falling back on the original '66 Chrysler Imperial."

The next week preview of "10 Things I Hate About You" has been released, Kat and Patrick are sent to detention together for garbage duty after the two get into some trash talk of their own on campus. Kat then accidentally stabs Patrick's foot with a trash stick, sending him to the school nurse. Because of the event, Kat gets to know Patrick in a different way.

Meanwhile, trash talk also gets another Stratford girl in trouble. After Bianca falsely tells Chastity that she's dating an older guy to try to rid herself of her goody two-shoes reputation, Chastity sees Bianca "canoodling" with her geometry teacher and instantly starts the rumor around school that the two are dating.

The talks of Nick Jonas dating Miley Cyrus are heating up again as the youngest of Jonas Brothers is said to have presented the Disney actress singer with a commitment ring. "It's sweet and appropriate for her age. Of course, Miley thought it was perfect and beautiful. They are a very happy couple these days. They are too young to marry, certainly, but who knows what the future will bring?" a close family friend reportedly tells In Touch Weekly.

Neither Nick nor Miley has issued official statement regarding the story. Their people also haven't denied or verified the matter just yet. Meanwhile, rumor has it, the ring that Nick gives to Miley is gold with a diamond heart.

'Tron 2.0' to Be a Stand-Alone Sequel

Thursday, July 23, Walt Disney Pictures will present unseen footage "Tron 2.0" at San Diego Comic Con 2009, but before the panel takes place, producer Sean Bailey has shared interesting details about the forthcoming sequel. To MTV News, the executive producer of "Gone Baby Gone" insisted that this 1982's film sequel will serve as a "stand-alone sequel", but still stays true to the original.

"You don't have to know the '82 movie to come in and appreciate and enjoy this one," Bailey explained. "That said, we accept what happened in the '82 movie happened in '82. Our movie is set in 2010. We built a mythology that spans the intervening 28 years of, 'Here's what we think happened with Kevin Flynn and with [nefarious software corporation] ENCOM and all those principle characters. Here's what we think happened inside the Tron universe and in the real world."

Both U2 and Bruce Springsteen have been billed as performers at a two-night concert celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. In this gig, they will be joined by other stars, such as Metallica and Eric Clapton.

U2 and Bruce are set to sing on October 29, while Metallica and Eric are confirmed to entertain music lovers the next day. In addition to those four musicians, there will also be other musical guests which include Paul Simon, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and Simon & Garfunkel.

'So You Think You Can Dance' Recap: Top 8 Performance

On Wednesday, July 22, "So You Think You Can Dance" was visited by a special guest judge who knows little of the dancing techniques but adds a fresh perspective in the art of performing. Ellen DeGeneres, who has been raving about her appearance on the dance show through her Twitter, sat on the judging panel to give comments on the performances of the Top 8.

After reaching the Top 10 stage, the remaining contestants are paired at random. But they got the chance to also dance in the large group and display their solo piece after the pair dancing. The show opener on Wednesday saw former contestant Travis Wall choreographing the group dance which Nigel Lythgoe described as "Very Lady GaGa".

Fresh '2012' Images Focus on the Characters

Columbia Pictures has released a series of new images for their upcoming post-apocalyptic sci-fi "2012 (2009)" through USA Today. Most of the fresh photos center on the fight of survival done by Jackson Curtis, his ex-wife Kate and their two young kids when the Earth is hit with global cataclysm.

One of the pictures exposes Jackson who is portrayed by John Cusack outrunning a fireball in his attempt to catch up with a speeding plane from which Amanda Peet's Kate holds out her hand. Another one sees Los Angeles caving in right after the small plane that carries Jackson and his family is airborne.

Beside having a video for "Got to Get It", Paul Wall has also shot a music video in support of another single called "I Need Mo". For this project, he brings in Travis Barker from Blink-182 as well as his collaborator Kobe.

The family friend reveals further that Jessica's parents "encourage her to go out and have a good time, like she did this week" when referring to the time she was spotted hanging out with some female friends. Nevertheless, Jessica herself "feels she's being judged by the world and opts to hide out at home," adds the family friend.

Billy Joel is single no more as a representative for him has confirmed that the music star is now dating actress Alex Donnelley, who is best known for originating the role of Diane Jenkins on the popular daytime soap opera "The Young and the Restless." Chances of Unicron Appearing in 'Transformers 3' Discussed

Giant transforming robot, Unicron, has been voted as the #1 Transformers audience most like to see in "Transformers 3", a poll by IGN revealed, but producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is unsure whether the character will be getting screen time in the "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" follow-up. The filmmaker has shared his worries on Unicron during the London press junket for "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra" on Wednesday, July 22.

"Unicron worries me because it's so big that it dwarfs emotion. It's so hard, because when you're working to that scale, it sort of becomes outside any kind of human reality you have," di Bonaventura responded when asked by IGN about the likelihood of the baddie appearing in the third movie. "It's obviously a great character, and one that we're definitely going to talk about, but for me personally - and I'm not the only vote here - that one scares me."

Ne-Yo Refuses to Diss Chris Brown When Writing Song for Rihanna

Shaquille O'Neal's Wife, Shaunie, Recovering From Minor Car Crash

Shaunie Nelson, the wife of famous basketball player Shaquille O'Neal, is recovering after being involved in a minor car crash earlier this week. It has been confirmed that Shaunie escaped serious injury and she herself has tweeted of her latest condition, writing "super sore...but I'm good."

Chronicling the accident, Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Kim Miller has told the Associated Press that Shaunie was making her way to the Orlando airport on Tuesday, July 21 when the town car she was in was rear-ended by another car at an intersection. Authorities said Shaunie's car had stopped at the intersection when the light turned yellow, but driver of the other car didn't stop.

First teaser poster and still from Samuel Bayer-directed movie "A Nightmare on Elm Street" have been revealed. IGN has debuted the horror film's one-sheet, while MySpace put out the first official photo. Both of the first looks gave out Jackie Earle Haley as the major antagonist Freddy Krueger, but hid the serial killer's face in the darkness.

Exposing Krueger from the front side, the teaser poster which is also spotted being used as the movie's banner at San Diego Comic Con 2009, highlights more on his shining razor glove. The first still, in the meantime, shows the burned-psycho standing in what seems to be young kids classroom with one of his artificial sharp claws resting on the wall.

DAUGHTRY's newly-released album "Leave This Town" soars to the top spot on Billboard Hot 200. Led by single "No Surprise", the album which was dropped on July 14 sold over 269,000 copies in its first week.

The band's frontman Chris Daughtry commented on the album, "We poured our hearts into these songs to make the record we've always dreamed about. To have people respond the way they have is extremely gratifying, but even more humbling." Three of the shots show Gilles striking different poses in nothing but briefs, exposing his muscular body to the camera. Another snap, meanwhile, pictures him taking shower. The last pic sees Gilles laying naked on a bed. In the particular photo, he is seen exposing a bit of his right bottom while having his private part covered with blanket. Jay-Z Talks About Collaboration With Rihanna and Kanye West

Jay-Z recently had an interview with BBC's Tim Westwood, and confirmed that he indeed has teamed up with Kanye West and Rihanna in a song titled "Run This Town". He said, "We basically run this town. It's myself, Rihanna and Kanye. It's pretty much it."

During the occasion, Jay-Z also denied speculation that he had sabotaged Chris Brown from performing at 2009 BET Awards. "That's the silliest rumor I ever heard. ... I was sitting back watching them. 'Look at them. That's so silly.' First, let me categorically deny that. If I have a problem with Chris Brown, I got a problem with Chris Brown. I don't agree with what he did and that's that." Meet the Cast of 'Project Runway: All Star Challenge'

Some of the notable designers who have taken part in the previous seasons of "Project Runway" will be back for one more round on the reality show. Called "Project Runway: All Star Challenge", the two-hour special edition will serve as the warm up for the long-delayed sixth season premiere on Lifetime.

Director David Slade has apparently jumped fully on the production of "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" and he took it to his Twitter account on what he has done for the third "Twilight" series. Sharing updates, the filmmaker lately opened up about the scouting for shooting locations in addition to how far the work has begun.

On his latest posts in Twitter, the man behind "30 Days of Night" spilled that the scouting for shooting locations has started. "A long day of scouting, found Newborn hideout and battlefield finally," he first tweeted. He then continued the updates by posting photos from the locations he was scouting, giving out both the places he will be using for the filming and those he will not.

Video: Nas Announcing the Birth of Son With Kelis

Undergoing a rather nasty divorce battle with estranged wife Kelis, apparently, won't stop Nas from sharing with the world the joy of welcoming their first child, a baby boy. In an online video recorded by Video Music Box Tuesday, July 21, the hip-hop performer announced, "My son is born today, so shout-out to my son, Knight".

On the same video clip, which was taken at a neighborhood party at the rapper's native Queensbridge Housing Projects, Nas was seen taking the stage to perform. He again took time to sound off his newborn son while at the same time also urged fans to avoid believing false media reports concerning his personal life.
