Preview of 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' 9.08: Young Man With a Horn

As can be seen in the recently released preview below, the next episode of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" will see the investigating team dealing with a murder case which takes them back to years before. The promo video opens with a scene where a singer is being insulted on a stage and then followed by a glimpse of a dead body.

On the next episode of "CSI" entitled "Young Man With a Horn", the CSI team has to deal with a murder of a popular new singer, whose body is found in the outside of an infamous Las Vegas nightclub. Further into the investigation, the team uncovers a link between the present day crime and a murder from over 50 years ago.

Brand New Promo of 'Battlestar Galactica' Season 4.5

Shorter but different from the recently released promo of "Battlestar Galactica", a new sneak peek to the 4.5 season of the Sci-Fi Channel series has been outed. The first half of the fourth season ended with humans and Cylons arriving at Earth which was already irradiated and the new promo gives more view of the deserted planet.

Returning January 16, the second half of the fourth season will serve as the last 10 episodes of the series. Through the first promo of the new season, several plots that can be expected include Roslin asking whether Adama is a Cylon, Chief trying to figure out what he remembers from the Earth, and Starbuck kissing Apollo.

Patrick Swayze's Pancreatic Cancer Reportedly Spreads to Liver

Sad news comes from actor Patrick Swayze as report has been mounting that his pancreatic cancer has spread to his liver. The National Enquirer breaks the report and several other gossip sites are soon to report the same matter, claiming Patrick even has begun saying goodbye to friends and family after learning his cancer spreads.

"Patrick recently got word that the cancer had spread to his liver and that is what his doctors said would begin the countdown to the end. Patrick knew it was coming because he was suffering increased weakness," a source tells the National Enquirer. "At times, he was so weak that he could barely walk without feeling faint. Sometimes he feels out of breath and has to sit down."

Sneak peek to "Eleventh Hour" episode 1.08 has been revealed through a recently released preview. In the preview, several victims suddenly collapse and die after experiencing some particular symptoms. The snippet also shows how FBI unit and Dr. Jacob Hood are investigating the peculiar case.

Entitled "Titans", FBI's special science advisor, Hood, travels to a collage in Oklahoma to investigate why some college students are dying of the bends, a condition of sudden and dangerous decompression normally seen only in scuba divers. As the investigation goes further, Hood, who is played by Rufus Sewell, will uncover an elaborate medical cover-up on campus.

A music video to promote Anastacia's second single "Absolutely Positively" coming off fourth studio LP "Heavy Rotation" has been debuted. The video features scenes showing the singer doing her morning routine which includes taking letters from front door and peeking at the neighborhood through the window.

"Heavy Rotation" has been released since October via Mercury Records. "I think the best way of sharing my life experience is through my lyrics. I try to put myself out there and show a certain part of me that is fragile," Anastacia commented on her song-writing credit in the record. "I do not share my personal life with the paparazzi but I share through my lyrics."

Hugh Jackman Ready to Leave His Wolverine Character

Despite sharing what he wants for "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" sequel earlier, Hugh Jackman reveals that he will leave the "X-Men" series if "Wolverine" doesn't do well upon its release in 2009. To Moviehole on Thursday, November 27, the 40-year-old says, "If it's clear to us on May second or third that that's gone, then I'll walk away happily."

The actor, who has been dubbed as the 2008 Sexiest Man Alive by People, further explains the reason behind his future decision to leave the franchise. "I'm not going to flog something - or flog a dead horse, or try and make movies that people don't really want to go and see," he claims. "I have no interest in that. Even no matter how much I love the character. So there are many prerequisites"

'Avatar' Teaser May Have Its December Release

"Avatar" teaser trailer may come out sooner than expected. According to MarketSaw, director James Cameron will have a teaser video for his upcoming action thriller ready for early December release, with the possibility of it being shown before "The Day the Earth Stood Still".

While MarketSaw note that they are yet certain whether the teaser will indeed be attached to the Scott Derrickson-directed sci-fi remake, they reveal that the actual running time of the footage will be 2 minutes and 15 seconds long. If the promotional video for "Avatar" is indeed coming out with "Day the Earth Stood Still", it will be screened in theaters along with "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" trailer.

Gabrielle Union and Frank Spotnitz Reunite to Produce NBC's New Series

After announcing its January schedule, NBC prepares to produce a new television series. It has been reported by Variety that the network has reunited "Bring It On" star Gabrielle Union and "X-Files" creator Frank Spotnitz to produce a yet-to-be-titled new series.

Variety further notes that Spotnitz will serve as the writer, while Union will star as a detective who must race to save someone's life before it's too late. The publication also reports that this new series will be produced by Universal Media Studios.

Kings of Leon's tour dates across U.K. and Australia are threatened as the band's members are reportedly in feud due to Caleb Followill's drinking habit. "The others have warned Caleb over and over again that they weren't happy about his drinking but he carried on regardless," a source told The Sun.

In a further explanation, the source hinted that the rockers have been in dispute for many times but somehow managed to sort it out. The source said, "The lads have always fought but they usually sort it out the next morning. Things are completely different this time. The label is deeply concerned that if they don't sort out their differences the tour won't go ahead."

Matt Damon Not Yet Signed for Fourth 'Bourne' Film

Despite the claims of earlier reports about him being attached to fourth "Bourne" film, Matt Damon has said otherwise. The Celebrity Truth reported that the 38-year-old actor has told Extra that he has yet to be signed for "Untitled Bourne 4 Project".

Addressing more on his potential return as action man Jason Bourne, Damon suggests that he will join the project if director Paul Greengrass is willing to do the movie. "If Paul Greengrass (the director) wants to do the movie, then there would definitely be a reason to do it," he explains, adding, "He's just a terrific director."

NBC Excluding 'Lipstick Jungle' From Its January Schedule

NBC network has announced a fixed schedule for its January calendar. Through the new schedule, it can be seen that the network has eliminated "Lipstick Jungle" from its January airing, hinting further on the previous rumor that the network is planning to cancel the series due to the show's poor rating.

Furthermore, NBC also gives up the line-up for its new shows, such as "Superstars of Dance", "Momma's Boys" and "Howie Do It". "Superstars of Dance" will be premiered on January 4 at 9/8c before regularly airing on January 5 at 8/7c, while Ryan Seacrest's new series "Momma's Boys" will debut on the same day at 10/9c, and "Howie Do It" will be broadcast starting January 9.

Refunds Available for Lil Wayne's Makeup Date in Rochester

New York state Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo announced that full refunds will be given for fans purchasing Lil Wayne's tickets for October-26 concert which had been re-scheduled for December-6 but later was once again canceled, giving fans no clue on the makeup date. "Both Blue Cross Arena and Lil Wayne's promoters are doing the right thing by refunding Rochester-area fans who purchased tickets to a performance that never took place," he said.

Concertgoers seeking refunds are required to return their tickets to Blue Cross Arena box office on or before December 10. Meanwhile, those buying the tickets through Ticketmaster must contact the online ticket retailer directly for the full refund.

Grant Show Refuses to Reprise Role on 'Melrose Place 2.0'

As The CW network plans to make "Melrose Place" spin-off, one of the original series' leading actor says "no" to return as his "Melrose Place" character on the spin-off. It has been reported that Grant Show, who played Jake Hanson in the original series, has refused an offer to reprise his role for the new spin-off tentatively titled "Melrose Place 2.0".

To TVGuide, Show confesses that he has been approached by The CW's executive to make another appearance for his Jake Hanson's character, but has declined it. "I don't think I want to do it. I don't think they need me. I'd just be 'the old guy' on the show, and that's not the kind of thing I want to do," Show says.

Hugh Jackman Talks Potential 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine' Sequel

Though "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" is literally months away from its theatrical release in 2009, talks of possible sequel have been thrown out by its star Hugh Jackman. Talking to MTV earlier, the co-star of Nicole Kidman in "Australia" shared his idea for the second "Wolverine" movie's plot that he wants to do, hinting that Wolverine may make his way to Japan.

Of it, Jackman said, "The most intriguing thing to me was the Japan story. I love the Japan story." He then added that the idea for the Japan set has been thought of for awhile now stating, "I wanted to do the Japan story from around 'X-Men 2.' Can you just picture Wolverine in Japan with the triads and the samurai? It's just genius."

A music video in support of Jamie Foxx's new single titled "Just Like Me" has been released. Directed by Brett Ratner, the same man who helmed big screen movie "Rush Hour" in 1998, the music video features a cameo appearance from T.I..

"Just Like Me" is produced by duo The-Dream and Tricky Stewart and listed on Jamie's third major studio album "Intuition". Due for U.S. release on December 16, the forthcoming LP lines up T-Pain, Ne-Yo, Lil Wayne, and Fabolous among others as guest stars.
