FOX have released the schedule for their midseason primetime TV line-up. Some shows Like "House M.D." and "Bones" are shifted to another night while others such as "24" and "American Idol" welcome their new seasons.

The network has set two-hour installments on January 13 and 14 for "American Idol" eight season premiere. After that, the reality competition show will get its regular airdate for one-hour time periods on Tuesdays at 8/7c and Wednesdays at 8/7c, the following week.

Showtime network will have a new upcoming dark comedy series which will be premiered on January 18 at 10/9c. The series is entitled "United States of Tara" and starred by Toni Collette as Tara. The network has picked up the series for original 13 episodes including the pilot.

The story will revolve around Tara's life as a wife and a mother of two children who suffers from multiple personality disorder. John Corbett joins the series by playing as Tara's husband, Max. Other involved actors and actress are Brie Larson, Keir Gilchrist, Rosemarie DeWitt, and Nathan Corddry.

Rumor has it, Steven Spielberg and Will Smith have found a project that may allow them to work together. According to Variety, the director-actor pair has been involved in early talks about collaborating their star powers on "Oldboy", a remake to Chan Wook-Park's 2003 Japanese manga adaptation.

Reportedly, Spielberg has been seeking for a chance to team up with the "I Am Legend" star. Hence, if all goes according to plan, he will finally have the opportunity to direct Smith as the 40-year-old Hollywood star is said to be considered for the lead role of the kidnapped man. Additionally, the filmmaker is said to be looking for a writer to develop the movie.

There is a life and death hostage situation in the next episode of "Life on Mars". Sam Tyler must deal with the uncontrolled situation to save the hostages' life while at the same time he has to save his own life next on the episode entitled "Tuesday's Dead".

The episode will revolve around the crazy gunman who tries to force a doctor to do a dangerous operation for the gunman's brother. He kidnaps the people on County hospital to insist the doctor. Sam and his 125 crew are faced by the reality that the hopeless madman will do even worse on the fact that he already kills several people there. They are ordered to diffuse a potentially explosive face-off. Sam, Ray Carling, Annie Norris, and Lt. Gene Hunt are all targeted in the madman's cross hairs.

Celebrity father-daughter duo Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus definitely have different tastes when it comes to car as the older Cyrus reportedly doesn't approve of his daughter's dream car. Instead of getting her a black Mercedes, which she's been dreaming of for her forthcoming 16th birthday, he would like to get her a car with "extra metal in the doors".

In an interview on "The Tyra Banks Show", which airs Friday, November 7, Miley publicly stated, "I want [my Mercedes] black and then just the little Mercedes signs to be pink. And I would like the stitching and steering wheel to be pink." Asked about that matter by Ryan Seacrest during a phone-in for his morning show on KIIS FM, Billy claimed he knows nothing about Miley's dream car. "Is it true that your daughter wants this Mercedes with leather seats, pink stitching and pink steering and if so do you approve of that?" Ryan asked Billy. On that, the country music singer replied, "No I haven't heard anything about that. It is possible ... but I haven't heard about it."

Baltimore-born and bred singer Scooter Smiff has released a music video in support of the title track off his debut album "Head of My Class". Featuring a cameo appearance from Chris Brown, the music video presents the rapper singing his verses to the camera along with his peers.

"Head of My Class" will be produced by powerhouse producers such as Swizz Beatz, Eric Hudson, and Polow Da Don. No release date for the upcoming LP has been announced. In the meantime, the Interscope artist is expected to hit the road for a tour around the release of the effort. As "Sherlock Holmes" is undergoing its principal photography in London, possible story details of the Guy Ritchie-directed drama thriller have been leaked out. Getting the story from one of its readers named "Jack the Ripper", IESB teased parts of the details, noting that the movie will be set in 1891 London and opened with a narration by Dr. John Watson.

More on the story, it is revealed that there will be a foot chase into an underground sewer and a fist fight with a group of bowler-hat-wearing baddies as well as a seven-foot giant. Through the plot details, it is also uncovered that villainous Lord Blackwood is actually behind the death of five butchered women and Sherlock Holmes manages to get a hold of him for justice. Ellen Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery won't be celebrating the first anniversary of their wedding until this coming Sunday, November 9, but they reportedly have planned to mark the day in style with a trip to Las Vegas. An unnamed source gives E! Online some details about the planned festivity.

First of all, Ellen and Chris will get their party started at Tao restaurant and nightclub on Saturday night, November 8 to coincide with the hot spot's third anniversary. There, the pair will be joined by actress Kate Walsh, Ellen's co-star in the hit TV series "Grey's Anatomy", and her husband Alex Young, the source informs.

A music video to support Gnarls Barkley's single "Mystery Man" has been premiered. Shot in 2-D animated scenes, it mostly presents paper-made Superman flying over a town trying to save it from a monster's attack.

"Mystery Man" is a non-album track which will appear on the band's "Who's Gonna Save My Soul [EP]". Speaking of the song itself, the band said, "It's a song we weren't sure what to do with. We didn't know how to finish it, but we still liked what we had. It's half instrumental and half vocals."

A girl has been chosen to hear the angels' conversations and the brothers must find her quickly before a powerful demon named Alastair (guest star Mark Rolston) comes and makes use of her ability. "Supernatural" 4.09 chronicles Sam and Dean's journey to find Anna with the help of Ruby.

Mid the mission, the threesome was attacked by Alastair and Ruby escapes with the girl. Featuring comic-book inspired scenes, the video shows her with blonde hair, bright-red lips and superhero costumes, performing a short set of her latest single "Keeps Gettin' Better".

Aguilera's first greatest hits effort is titled "Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade of Hits". A clue to when "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" theatrical preview is going to be released has been sparred. In the latest news related to the "X-Men" spin-off, XmenFilms.net reported that the 20th Century Fox is planning to release the action fantasy film's first trailer on December 12 before "The Day the Earth Stood Still".

Of the matter, XmenFilms.net quotes a statement from the studio, "We are shooting for 12/12 on DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL now..." On the particular December date, "Earth Stood Still" will have its simultaneous debut in conventional theaters and IMAX in the U.S. Still, confirmation words from Fox have yet to be offered.

Betty will get out of the Mode office in the next episode of "Ugly Betty". She must prevent an issue of Mode from shipping that could result in a PR nightmare for the magazine, but problem is, Daniel is at a company retreat and cannot be reached. Betty who has been handed out the responsibility to be the person in charge must deal with it with the 'help' of Marc and Amanda.

Walt Disney Pictures have brought forward a brand new trailer of its family comedy animation, "Bolt". Opened with a shot of a hamster cage in a mobile home, the video footage slowly gets closer to each of the hamsters kept inside their 'glass house'. The scene then moves on to show that a TV-obsessed hamster is channel-surfing in front of the tube and finds one show he likes, "Bolt the Super Dog".

Presenting Bolt as a super dog in front of the camera and an ordinary one off, the trailer reveals many never-before-seen footage from the Chris Williams and Byron Howard-directed movie. It displays the comic adventures of the superstar dog has to undergo as he tries to find his way back to where he belongs, in the arms of his owner, Penny.

A music video, aimed to support Akon's first single "Right Now (Na Na Na)" off his upcoming LP, "Freedom", has been outed. It mainly shows the rapper as a guy having almost everything in his hands. Apparently, Goku will reach his Super Saiyan form in "Dragonball Evolution", the live-action adaptation of Japanese popular manga. Exposing the possible spoiler for the first time was Dragonball the Movie which obtained a picture of the transformed Goku from an unnamed source.

In the picture which can be seen via ComicBookMovie, it is exposed that Goku might have been transformed into one of his "Super Saiyan" forms, in which he turns to be what seems like a giant ape. Still, Dragonball the Movie noted that it is unclear whether the image is the finished product of the transformation or not.

Seattle Grace Hospital will deal with a new personality in the November 13 episode of "Grey's Anatomy". One of Meredith's oldest friends, Sadie, enrolls a job as an intern at the hospital but Mer's friends are less than welcoming to her.

Lexie leads her fellow interns in secretive, unorthodox surgical training sessions, and a new surgeon, Virginia Dixon, brings rules and order to the OR. Dr. Hunt, meanwhile, continues to pester on the other doctors with his trauma room method, and causes further rift, especially with Sloan.

Emilio Estevez will join his sibling, Charlie Sheen, on CBS' sitcom, "Two and a Half Men". It has been announced by CBS network that Estevez will be a guest star on the sitcom's upcoming episode which exact airdate is still to be determined.

Furthermore, Estevez's appearance will have something to do with Sheen's character but there is no brotherhood story line for both Estevez and Sheen on the episode. In fact, Estevez's character will be featured as a former drinking and partying buddy of Charlie who comes for a visit.

Celebrating his 21st birthday on Wednesday, November 5, Kevin Jonas is wasting no time to thank fans for their birthday messages. He posts a message on Jonas Brothers' MySpace page Friday, November 7, thanking "everyone for all of the comments, messages, etc."

"Hey everyone! Still can't believe I just turned 21 years old. You helped make this one of the best days ever," Kevin starts his post. "We were busy all day filming our new show so everyone showed up at the set and sang Happy Birthday," he adds recalling what he and his brothers had been doing on his big day.

After months of uncertainty hanging over "Sex and the City" sequel, a ray of light comes from one of the hit movie's stars, Kim Cattrall. During her appearance on Britain's "The Paul O'Grady Show", the 52-year-old exclaimed to guest-host Spice Girls' Melanie Brown that the sequel is indeed in the pipeline, stating, "Yes there will!"

According to the BBC, the Golden Globe Award-winner even went further by revealing when the production may possibly start. "We will do the sequel next summer," she gushed. "We wanted to the first time, and now we're hopefully doing it again for the second time." 50 Cent comes out bringing a music video to promote his brand new song called "Get Up". Inspired by Will Smith-starred movie "I Am Legend", the music video displays the rapper as the last man on earth.

"Not actually fighting zombies, but you'll see scenes like in the beginning of 'I Am Legend'," 50 told MTV. "New York City was desolate, like everything was just gone. Instead, that'll be Los Angeles. ... There was a scene, one of the creatures was running into the glass, and I kinda re-created that in my own way."

"Dead Inside" sees the CSIs having difficulty when they discover that their primary crime scene is a house being sent via barge up the east river. Dwelling further they find out the secret world of "SecretU", an art-house world of true confessionals where a murder happens when one knows somebody's identity.

After the confirmation of "True Beauty" January airing, the new reality show competition has pointed a host to bring the show. Vanessa Minnillo, has been picked up to host the show which will be aired regularly on ABC every Mondays at 10 P.M. for 60-minute timeslot.

Further information states that Vanessa will be the head judge of celebrities' panel who analyze the contestants' inner beauty. Joining her on the Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher-produced unique reality show are Cheryl Tiegs and former Top Model judge Nole Martin.

Inspector Jacques Clouseau is back. When the legendary Pink Panther diamond is once again stolen, the bumbling and incompetent French police inspector is called in to team up with a squad of International detectives who are just as clumsy as he is. Appointed to stop a daring cat burglar, The Tornado, from stealing historical artifacts, Clouseau and his team fall in a new outrageous adventure to solve the case.

Through the new trailer of "The Pink Panther 2", a little bit of the comedy movie's plot is unraveled and many of the tickling scenes are presented. In the more-than-two-minute video, it can be seen that Steve Martin returns to his comical role as Clouseau. He is joined once again by John Cleese as Chief Inspector Dreyfus, Jean Reno as Gilbert Ponton and Emily Mortimer as Nicole Nuveau, while Andy Garcia and Aishwarya Rai pick up the role as Inspector Vicenzo Brancaleone and Sophie Solandres for the first time respectively.

Previously confirming the circulating rumors that Joe Jonas dumped her over the phone, Taylor Swift has been forced to address Internet reports surfaced by the hour claiming she's pregnant with his baby, branding them "impossible." Several new clips from the upcoming episode of "Heroes" have been released by NBC. Four sneak peeks provide viewers into the November 10 episode which is called "Villains", the chapter when Hiro travels through time to find out the heroes and villains' past.

In preparation for the final battle between him and his foes, Hiro investigates what happened in the past of Arthur Petrelli that he created Pinehearst and hates Angela. The first clip shows a conversation between Arthur and Linderman in a party where Arthur orders Linderman to "kill" someone. The second one is between Sylar and Elle with the latter trying to convince the former that he's not a bad person.

In anticipation of "Quantum of Solace" forthcoming release, more clips from the latest James Bond movie have been dug out. Sharing out the heavy topic dealt by some of the main characters in the action movie, the newly-found footage are focused on revealing the conversations among the characters, especially Bond, M, Camille and Dominic Greene.

The first three clips posted below, "It's Time to Go", "Damaged Goods" and "Have You Ever Killed Someone?", leave out the action sequence aside. In "Time to Go", M points out Bond's flaw as the 007 criticizes her judgment, while "Damaged Goods" displays the first meeting between Bond and Camille through Greene.

Britney Spears scored double glory at 2008 MTV European Music Awards. She took home a trophy for "Act of 2008", putting aside Amy Winehouse, Coldplay, Leona Lewis, and Rihanna. In addition, on "Album of the Year", her fifth studio album "Blackout" has beaten down Alicia Keys' "As I Am", Coldplay's "Viva La Vida", Duffy's "Rockferry", and Leona Lewis' "Spirit".

Unfortunately, the 26-year-old singer couldn't attend the MTV's extravagant night to collect her trophies but she managed to appear via satellite to give her acceptance speech. "Thank you again MTV. I cannot believe I won another EMA. This is another amazing night for me," the "Womanizer" hitmaker said.

Star magazine broke the news that Evan Rachel Wood has dumped her rocker boyfriend Marilyn Manson. The publication claimed she ended her romance with him on October 23 after he tried to kick her brother, Ira, out of the guest house that she owns.

"Evan owned the house and didn't want her unemployed sibling living on the street," a source informed Star. "It was the tipping point. Evan was fed up with how controlling and emotionally abusive Marilyn was."
