Owen Going to "Shoot 'Em Up"

Actor Clive Owen is in preparation for "Shoot 'Em Up," a hard-core action project directed by Michael Davis scheduled for a January 2006 start. The movie tells a woman having a baby during a shootout, and so the man who delivers the baby is given the responsibility to protect it from an army of gunmen.

Latin Music Stars Planning U.S. Tour

Latin music star, Marc Anthony, will join pals Alejandro Fernandez and Chayanne in their up-coming 15-city tour, beginning August 17 and kicking off in Houston. Clear Channel Music has already confirmed the threesome tour as its executive Gerry Barad praised the three "are at the top of their game and we believe it will be one of the highlights of the summer."

Alanis Morissette's 'Jagged Little Pill' Earned Protest

Singer Alanis Morissette strikes against the selling of the acoustic version of her 1995 hit album "Jagged Little Pill" to Starbuck. She's signed an exclusive agreement to sell the version in North American Starbuck stores for six weeks beginning June 13. Unfortunately, Canadian music retailer HMV Canada, under which Morissette reportedly makes her music and career, feels upset about that. So, in protest, the music retailer has on Monday pulled all of Morissette's albums from their shelves.

Backstreet Boys "Never Gone"

Having been absent from music industry for four years, the Boys is back. Hoping to reach the number one spot with a more adult and edgier sound, Backstreet Boys is going to release their first full studio album since 2000, titled "Never Gone," which is slated to hit the market this week
