50 Cent to Team Up With Val Kilmer on a Song
July 14, 2008 09:07:54It looks like music fans could soon hear a new and unique music by 50 Cent following the latest report suggesting that he is planning to team up with actor Val Kilmer. The unique collaboration possibility occurs after the two become friends after working together in a recent movie "Microwave Park".
The collaboration plan was hinted out by Kilmer at a recent interview, stating that 50 likes his song and will help him on finishing it. "I don't think he's going to produce a song, but he really likes one of [my songs]. I told him my idea for it, and he said 'I want to help,'" Kilmer said.
Val Kilmer Charged with "Conspiracy"

Opts to head for smaller production in spite of the success of his latest starring vehicle "Deja Vu", Val Kilmer is poised to be the male lead in "Conspiracy", an indie drama feature set to be directed by Connecticut-born filmmaker Adam Marcus which Jennifer Esposito also stars in.
Kilmer will play a special-ops United States Marine Corps member who takes his retirement after getting wounded during combat operations in Iraq while Esposito is cast as the hardworking single mother of an 8-year-old daughter and the survivor of an abusive marriage. Their paths cross when Kilmer's character learns that his friend has disappeared without a trace upon coming to the town where Esposito lives.

Jumping into the same vehicle, Val Kilmer, Wilmer Valderrama, and Marg Helgenberger of "CSI" fame have all come onboard to highlight crime drama "Columbus Day" for Trigger Street Productions, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed.
In this project, Kilmer will portray a thief who has just one morning to fix what has gone awry in the biggest heist of his life while trying to mend his relationship with his ex-wife, played by Helgenberger. Valderrama, in the meantime, is billed as a longtime associate who helps scheming the crime despite grave concerns.

Well, it probably will be the most highly anticipated cameo appearance ever comes from Christopher Walken. The versatile actor will show up in Motley Crue biopic "The Dirt" as rocker Ozzy Osbourne, the band's vocalist Vince Neil has revealed during the opening of his new tattoo parlour Vince Neil Ink in Las Vegas.
Adding up the heat to the tidbit, Neil also said that Val Kilmer would as well play a cameo role in the project as David Lee Roth, former lead vocalist of Van Halen. The picture itself is currently in pre-production to be released in 2008 under MTV and Paramount Classics banner.

Moving to independent feature, Val Kilmer has given his agreement to take a starring role in "A West Texas Children's Story", a feature directorial debut of Brad Isaacs who is also on duty to pen the script.
Currently in production in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the picture follows two teenagers as they conduct a cross-country trip in search of adventure and a better life. Matthew Modine, Lara Flynn Boyle, AnnaSophia Robb, and Cayden Boyd are also starring with Polly Platt, Ryan Howe, and Thom Mount executive producing.
Val Kilmer Heading to "Moscow"

Though, international rights for the flick have been sold to Notro Films for Spain, Soyuz for Russia, Audiovisual for Greece, Phars Film Co. for the Middle East, Paris Filmes for Brazil, Rapi Films for Indonesia and Blue Sky for a slew of Eastern European countries, including Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines went to Suraya Film Prods.
Kilmer Apologizes Bus Driver For His Accusation
May 17, 2005 11:05:35American actor considered by fans to be one of the most talented and underappreciated actors, Val Kilmer, has been ordered to apologize to British bus drivers after he accused them of being drug addicts. The star has recently in London during his stint in West End play "The Postman Always Rings Twice," when he accidentally provoked the wrath of The Transport and General Workers' Union (TGWU) by jokingly said "It's so easy to get round this town on a bike, but the traffic can be really hectic, and your bus drivers are definitely on crack."
On the other way around, a spokesman for TGWU fumes, "I'd have thought Hollywood stars would know more about crack cocaine than bus drivers. Still, I'm sure that my courteous members will brake for Val Kilmer, if he should chance to wobble in their path. I hope he's sorry."
