In one of the pics, available for view at the latests issue of People, Sara and hubby Jay Barker were snapped all smile, flaunting their wedding rings.
The bride was photographed holding a bright yellow hand bouquet, whereas the groom also sported the same bright yellow flower on the top-right of his coat. Recalling her nuptials, which was held at a Franklin, Tenn., farm near her home on Saturday, June 14, Evans told People "It was a fairy-tale wedding."

There were about 145 guests witnessed the black-and-white-themed wedding ceremony. The couple's seven children served as attendants, with Evans' son walked his mother down the aisle, preceded by her two daughters, Olivia, 5, and Audrey, 3. Barker has four children from his previous marriage.

There it is, after a bitter divorce battle, country singer Sara Evans and her estranged husband, Craig Schelske both finally agreed to divide money Schelske had removed from a joint account and to come up with a visitation schedule for their three children.
The couple faced each other in a Tennessee court Thursday morning Oct 26th to discuss some of the terms of their nasty split. Evans and Schelske among others agreed to split the $274,000 they had deposited in a joint bank account, and they also agreed that Schelske would look for a separate residence.

Coming up to the third and fourth position are popular music artists Shakira and Chris Brown, both delightfully escalating a few notches from their last month positions followed by another young singing talent Jesse McCartney on number five. The 41st annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards held Tuesday night May 23rd, 2006 saw the winning of several notable musicians. Among the many winners at the prestigious event, there was Brooks & Dunn who nabbed two awards all at once, one of which was for Vocal Duo category while the other one was for Song of the Year for "Believe".
Elsewhere, the Male Vocalist award went to Keith Urban and the Female Vocalist prize was given to Sara Evans. Besides them all there were also Rascal Flatts and Jason Aldean to mention some others, each of which brought home the award for the category of Vocal Group and New Male Vocalist. As of the Female Vocalist award the winner was Carrie Underwood who at the same time also won Single Record of the Year for "Jesus Take the Wheel".

In related news, Evans reportedly has partnered with Cracker Barrel Music label to make a compilation of her recordings available at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store restaurant/retail chain. The yet untitled compilation will include two previously unreleased tracks, a live version of her hit "Born to Fly" and an acoustic version of "No Place That Far." It will later on go on sale in February at the chain's 500-plus stores and at http://www.crackerbarrel.com.
