Michelle Trachtenberg is single no more. The movie beauty reportedly has found a new love in Brandon Hirsch, a 26-years-old manager at New York City hot spot Butter.
Trachtenberg and Hirsch first stepped out as a couple on Friday night June 1st at The Killers concert at the Hard Rock Hotel, during which they were spotted kissing before then headed to Caesars' Palace's Pure Nightclub, dancing to tunes spun by DJ AM.

Slated to be a good onscreen companion to Anna Faris, Michelle Trachtenberg has signed on to take starring role in Universal Pictures' drama comedy "Kids in America (2007)", MTV has reported.
The latest acting talent to join in the cast lineup, the beauty has already begun shooting her scenes in Phoenix, Arizona last week, playing a dark-haired, fishnet-stocking-clad goth girl whose affection for The Cure and New Order clashes with A Flock of Seagulls mentality surrounding her. Also starring are Topher Grace, Teresa Palmer, Seth Gabel, and Dan Fogler, among others.

Set to meet face to face in one screen, Kelly Preston and Michelle Trachtenberg have both given positive sign to take starring part in "The Possibility of Fireflies", an adaptation of Dominique Paul's novel of the same title.
Here Preston is billed as a single mother struggling to keep her life in order after being abandoned by her husband while Trachtenberg will portray her older daughter. Production is slated to begin in January in South Carolina with Paul herself to direct.

January 17, 2006 01:01:20While the Christmas season has ended, Michelle Trachtenberg is joining the likes of Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Katie Cassidy and Oliver Hudson, to celebrate the "Black Christmas." Trachtenberg is said to topline the horror remake, which is worked on by filmmaking team James Wong and Glen Morgan.
Of horror thriller genre, "Black Christmas" is about a killer who terrorizes a sorority house with phone calls before he begins to murder various sorority sisters during the holiday break. Shooting will start at the end of this month in Vancouver with a release date slated for Christmas 2006. Wong and Morgan are producing, with Morgan writing and directing.

We're not talking about the Midwestern state, but it's about Chad Lowe's directorial debut, which he along with wife Hilary Swank and Mark Burton are producing. The film is a project based on Ethan Canin's adaptation of his short story titled "Batorsag & Szerelem," from his anthology "The Palace Thief." Former NBA All-Star Reggie Miller of Baby Boom Prods will serve as its executive producer.
"Beautiful Ohio" will star William Hurt, who is joined by the like of Rita Wilson, Julianna Margulies and Michelle Trachtenberg. The story of the film centers on a teenager, played by newcomer Brett Davern, who feels he is in the shadow of his idealized older brother, played by David Call. Wilson and Hurt play the boys' parents, with Margulies cast as a seductive next door neighbor and Trachtenberg as Call's girlfriend.
