Similar to the original scene, Denise is in a pool with another woman whom she frolics. But unlike in the 1998 movie where Neve Campbell is her snogging partner, the new promo shows her with an unidentified female model. The captures from the shoots are available for view at The Sun.

"Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis," Sheen's attorney, Lance Spiegel, said Monday August 14th outside a Los Angeles courthouse with Richards's lawyer, Neal Hersh, by his side.
Those "issues" among others include the restraining order obtained by Richards in April that had been keeping Sheen at least 300 yards away from her and their two daughters Sam and Lola. It is said that the restraining order has been dropped.
