March 07, 2009 01:03:05The spin-off to "Gossip Girl" is shaping up fast with the casting of Lily Rhodes' parents. Cynthia Watros who played the role of Libby in "Lost" is reportedly close to signing a deal as the mother Celia 'CeCe' Rhodes, while Andrew McCarthy who plays Joe Bennett in "Lipstick Jungle" will play her husband, Rick.
CeCe's character has appeared on "Gossip Girl" played by actress Caroline Lagerfelt. In the spin-off, she will fall out with her daughters, Carol and Lily who both move out of the house to live in the Valley. Rick, meanwhile is mentioned as a music company executive.

Actress Cynthia Watros is doing "My Ex-Life", replacing Gillian Vigman, who originally was cast in the CBS' comedy pilot.
There in the project, Watros will play opposite Tom Cavanagh. The two are set to play two best friends who happen to be a divorced couple sharing custody.

January 13, 2006 04:01:59"I'm sorry," said Cynthia Watros after entering her plea. The actress, best known for her portrayal of Libby on ABC's hit series "Lost," pleaded guilty to drunken driving Thursday January 12th.
Thus, she was ordered to pay $370 and had her driving license suspended for 90 days. In addition to that, she was also ordered by District Judge James Dannenberg to undergo an alcohol assessment and to submit to 14 hours of counseling.
"Lost" Stars' Drunken Driving Case Continued
January 03, 2006 02:01:37Still dealing with the charges of drunken driving on the Pali Highway by December 1, 2005, the "Lost" stars, Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros, were arraigned in Hawaii's Kaneohe District Court on Thursday. Did not show up in this proceeding, both actresses were only represented by their respective lawyers.
While Watros, through the statement from her attorney Lanson Kupau, is eager to take full responsibility on her mistake when scheduled to go back in court on January 12, Rodriguez, on the other hand, entered a not-guilty plea through her lawyer, Steve Barta, and is slated to face her trial by March 30.
