AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande, 31, reunited with her "Hairspray Live!" co-star Sean Hayes, 54, on his podcast "SmartLess". They reminisced about how she invited him for a boozy night and sleepover at her house but got turned down.

"You said, 'Hey, there's a few of us going to my house after later on tonight, we're going to get totally wasted and then sleepover, and in the morning, my mom's going to make us pancake,' " he recalled. Shocked by at her past self's boldness, she responded, "I can't believe that that's how I would have ever said anything ever."

While he appreciated her "sweet" gesture, Hayes declined the invitation due to his age, telling the former child star, "Ariana, I am 45 years old!" The story amused Hayes and his cohosts, Jason Bateman and Will Arnett.

Despite turning down the sleepover invite, Hayes highly valued their friendship and career experience on "Hairspray Live!" "We would share a trailer and you'd tell me the funniest stories that I cannot repeat," Hayes said. "And we would giggle." Grande added, "We would giggle, and you would make me feel so much better."
