AceShowbiz - Days after his arrest for domestic violence, "Vanderpump Rules" alum James Kennedy was spotted assisting his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, in moving her belongings from their San Fernando Valley home.
Photographs obtained by Page Six showed Kennedy looking stoic as he carried Lewber's belongings out of the residence they initially shared and into her vehicle on Sunday, December 15.
Kennedy was arrested on December 10 after a reported altercation with Lewber, who was later confirmed to be the victim. An eyewitness claimed to have seen Kennedy grab Lewber during the incident.
A police report later emerged, revealing that Lewber told cops Kennedy threw her to the ground during their heated argument, but police reported no injuries upon their response. Kennedy was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and released on $20,000 bail.
Despite the arrest, sources claim that Kennedy and Lewber are still together. However, Lewber has reportedly relocated to an Airbnb with family amid the ongoing legal drama. In a statement to Page Six, Kennedy's attorneys stated they were investigating the allegations.
In her own Instagram Story, Lewber expressed her well-being and appreciation for the privacy granted during this difficult time. She is reportedly planning to spend the holidays in Ohio with family.
Kennedy has since continued with his DJ gigs, performing to a packed crowd in Milwaukee despite the pending charges against him. He is scheduled to perform in Seattle on December 20.
Kennedy's attorneys expressed hope that the charges would be dismissed after a thorough review of the evidence.
