AceShowbiz - Liam Payne is accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend and her family with revenge porn. According to court documents, the late One Direction singer bombarded Maya and her family with explicit photos and videos.

In the documents, obtained by Page Six, Liam allegedly sent the photos of his genitals as well as videos of him "performing disturbing sexual acts" on his own body. It was added that he threatened to enlist others to distribute intimate pictures of her.

Maya's lawyers sent the cease and desist letter on October 9, three days after an unidentified woman sent a DM to the model saying that Liam had been "blowing up my phone very recently on an iCloud email, and when I asked who it was, he started asking me if I wanted nudes of you/his current gf." In one message, Liam allegedly wrote, "Send me f**king and sucking vids. Did I ever send you ones of Maya??? Or any of my exes?"

While the woman, who said that she's known Liam for years, "rejected" the offer, she said she wanted to make Maya aware of this matter. "I stopped answering him for a while and he messaged me on an iCloud account, a few different phone numbers as well as a Snapchat [account]," the woman told Maya in a message.

Maya's attorney Marco A. Crawford wrote in the missive, "This letter will serve as formal notice to you … that Maya Henry, through her retained counsel, will file legal action against you should you violate any of the above statuses or defame, threaten, harass or intimate our client or family in any form or fashion." He continued, "We urge your serious attention to this matter. This is your only warning before legal action is taken against you and all related parties."

Marco noted that Liam had 10 business days to respond. It was, however, unknown if the 31-year-old had responded to the letter as he died seven days later.
