AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck has been left irritated by Kathleen "Kick" Kennedy dating rumors. After Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from him, people were quick to link him to the philanthropist and the rumors just won't die down despite recent denial from his team.

Now a source tells TMZ that the 52-year-old is "annoyed" and "angry" by all the gossip. He allegedly finds the dating rumors ludicrous and crazy as his relationship with the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy's daughter has been blown way out of proportion.

The dating speculation first emerged after sources reported that Ben and Kick had been "spending time together" since late spring. However, the actor's spokesperson Jen Allen has shut down the rumors, stating to PEOPLE, "There is no truth to any of it. I don't know if they even know each other."

Sources also told the site that "there's no romance brewing between Ben and Kick, despite their recent sightings together." The sources added that "they're not dating and are definitely not a couple," insisting they're just friends.

Kick, meanwhile, has been telling people around her that she is "definitely not dating Ben." A source told Daily Mail that, although she and the Oscar winner hooked up prior to his reunion with Jennifer Lopez in 2021, their fling did not ever overlap with the actor's rekindled relationship with J.Lo.

"They didn't have any affair during his marriage, but it is interesting to Kick's friends that as soon as this divorce happened all of a sudden Ben is hanging out with an old hookup whose family he sees as royalty," the source said.

Ben will be soon officially single again after J.Lo filed for divorce from him on August 20. She listed April 26 as the date of separation and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split. The pair were married in Las Vegas in July 2022.
