The montage featured Paltrow engaged in various activities, including flights, swimming, paddle boarding, dining, and admiring art. Her husband, Brad Falchuk, made an appearance, along with her children, Apple and Moses, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. Chris also appeared in the video with Moses on his lap.

Paltrow's close friends, Rashida Jones and Reese Witherspoon, also had cameos in the montage. Witherspoon commented on the post, writing, "Divine Summer." Paltrow has made a conscious effort to spend quality time with loved ones this past summer.

In July, she joined Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz for a girls' night out to celebrate the four-year anniversary of Diaz's wine company, Avaline. The group gathered at a private residence in East Hampton, New York, for the special occasion.
