AceShowbiz - The drama between Kehlani and Javaughn Young White likely isn't going to end anytime soon. After the singer got a restraining order against her baby daddy, accusing him of being "abusive," he has hit back at her allegations.
On Tuesday, August 13, Javaughn took to social media to share his side of the story. He claimed that the R&B artist was lying about his "alleged" abuse and framed him for the alleged damage that she did herself.
Javaughn shared screenshots of his text messages with Kehlani to prove his point. "Kehlani busted through her own door and is framing her abuse as mine," he wrote over one of the images. "I have more. This is why I keep a paper trail. Sad that she's resorting to lying."
He added in another Story, "I cut off contact with her last month because of her abuse and how she alleges abuse when she is scared."
Javaughn also posted screenshots of his text exchange with Kehlani's ex-girlfriend, presumably Kiara Russell. "Meanwhile, I've spoken to kiara. I know the truth of that they did to that girl. It's sad. I don't care if they silenced her. They won't do it to me," he stated.
He also claimed that Kehlani cheated on Kiara with another person. He wrote, "When she cheated on her last girlfriend Kiara, she alleged the person she was cheating with raped her. Kiara later found out that wasn't true. She alleges rape and abuse when she has nothing else to cling too."
Javaughn shared the screenshots after Kehlani was granted a restraining order against him. In legal documents, she claimed that he smashed through her locked bedroom door in June. He was allegedly furious after she asked him about a notice she received in the mail indicating he'd applied for public assistance.
The "Nights Like This" songstress also stated that he would spend his days smoking weed, doing magic mushrooms and stewing in his room. When breaking into her room, he reportedly called her a "b***h" and a "liar." He also blamed her for their daughter Adeya Nomi's birth because it made him feel "trapped" and "ruined" his life.
Previously, Javaughn alleged that Kehlani was involved in a religious cult while seeking full custody of their daughter. The filing stated that the cult controlled her actions and had left their baby girl in the care of a priest accused of sexual abuse.
Javaughn later apologized, claiming he was misinformed on these matters. Kehlani has strongly denied the allegations, calling them "incredibly hurtful, inaccurate, and simply untrue." She stated that her sole driving forces in life are her child and her commitment to motherhood.
