AceShowbiz - The 2022 American Music Awards is definitely filled with epic performances. Among performers who wowed the crowd on stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles were Lil Baby, Imagine Dragons as well as J.I.D.

Lil Baby, who's nominated for Favorite Male Hip-Hop Artist, blazed through a medley of songs from his third studio album "It's Only Me" on Sunday, November 20. His selection included the project's lead single "In a Minute" and the deep-cut "California Breeze".

An ocean of dry ice coated the stage as Lil Baby strolled through while unfurling the slow-burning "In a Minute". During his thoughtful performance, he sat at the end of the stage, looking directly at the audience as he shared his rapid-flow stories.

Also entertaining the audience were Imagine Dragons, who joined forces with J.I.D. Starting out with a solo showcase, Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds appeared onstage to perform their latest song "Bones". Accompanied by a handful of backup dancers, the singer strutted around the gothic grayscale set, playfully singing along to the bouncy track.

Eventually, a splash of color arrived, announcing the transition to the big number. Launching into "Enemy", Dan and his dancers worked for the crowd while the set surrounding the band was ablaze. As the cherry on top of the performance, J.I.D made an appearance to deliver his slick verse right at the end, before high-fiving Dan and closing out the final chorus.

Imagine Dragons were nominated in four categories, including Favorite Pop Duo or Group, Favorite Rock Artist, Favorite Rock Song for "Enemy" and Favorite Rock Album. Meanwhile, J.I.D's only nomination was with the band for "Enemy".

Lil Baby and Imagine Dragons ft. J.I.D's performances are just a few in a crowded field of star performers at the show. Musicians like Pink, Anitta, GloRilla, Cardi B, Carrie Underwood, Bebe Rexha and more all show up at the 50th annual awards ceremony, which is being hosted by Wayne Brady.
