AceShowbiz - Adele's boyfriend Rich Paul has decided to spend her birthday partying without her. While the sports agent was spotted having fun in Miami, the "Easy On Me" hitmaker said in a candid post that she's "never been happier."
On Friday, May 6, Page Six reported that Rich was caught hanging out with his client LeBron James as well as Kevin Love, Stephen Ross and Maverick Carter at the American Express Presents Carbone Beach dinner party on Thursday night ahead of the Miami F1 Grand Prix. The 40-year-old was seen having fun with his friends at the bar and posing for photos at the $3,000-a-head exclusive dinner party.
Other stars at the Major Food Group fete included Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, chef Mario Carbone, DJ Hannah Bronfman and driver Pierre Gasly. The outlet further reported that Andrea Bocelli also delivered a surprise performance.
While Rich was partying all night long with his friends on his girlfriend's 34th birthday, Adele took to her Instagram page to celebrate the milestone. Along with photos of her smiling ear-to-ear, the chart topper gushed over how "happy" she's.
"What a difference a year makes! If time keeps healing and smoothing out all the creases in my life like it does as the years fly by, then I can't wait to be 60!" Adele wrote in her caption. The "Rolling in the Deep" songstress went on stressing, "I've never been happier!"
Adele later noted that there are "so many lessons, so many blessings to be grateful for." The Grammy-winning musician added, "This is 34, and I love it here!" before concluding her message by thanking her fans for their wishes, "Thank you for the birthday love as always x."
Adele and Rich have reportedly been dating since May last year. Then in September 2021, the pair made their relationship Instagram official as Adele posted a sweet photo of them at NBA star Anthony Davis' wedding to Marlen P.
When talking about Rich for the first time during an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Adele gushed over her boyfriend, "He's just hilarious. Oh, he's so funny, he's hilarious, yeah. And very smart. You know, he's very, very smart." She continued raving, "It's quite incredible watching him do what he does." She also shared that there's an ease to their relationship as "it's just been very smooth."
In February, a source claimed that "there's trouble in paradise" in Adele and Rich's relationship which prompted her to postpone her performances at her Las Vegas residency as well as Brit Awards. A separate insider also said that the "Someone Like You" singer made "shouting and sobbing" calls to her partner during rehearsals for her residency.
A few days later, Adele turned to social media to debunk the rumors. When confirming that she would be performing at the Brit Awards, she cheekily added at the end of her caption, "Oh, and Rich sends his love."
Shortly after Adele responded to the speculations, Rich was spotted enjoying his meal alone in Beverly Hills. He was also photographed attending the Lakers-Clippers game in Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena, sitting courtside with Machine Gun Kelly. However, Adele was still nowhere in sight.
