AceShowbiz - Rico Nasty's new Twitter posts sparked concern among fans. Fans rallied behind her and showed her some love after the rapper tweeted alarming messages on her account on Sunday, November 28.
"I dead a** need at least two hours out of each day, just to cry," the 24-year-old, born Maria-Cecilia Simone Kelly, wrote in a now-deleted post on the blue-bird app. She went on to say in a separate post, "Crazy how I wanted a tour bus my whole life and now I just be on the tour bus crying myself to sleep every night."
Her other post was particularly concerning as she said, "I wish I was dead just as much as y'all do, trust me. Y'all win."
In response to Rico's tweets, countless fans sent the Washington, D.C. native love and supportive messages. "Your fans love you mama. But I know that other people's negative words drown the positive out. I hope you get the love you deserve and feel better," one person wrote to her. Another fan penned, "I love you Rico. Spend some time with those closest around you who spark the most real joy. [You] don't deserve any of this harassment, I hope you find your happy place soon and do some self care and resting on the way."
Rico has been going through a lot lately. The "Smack a B***h" femcee, who has been on tour with Playboi Carti as part of his "King Vamp Tour" as an opener, has been harassed by the rapper's fans. After being booed, Rico was seen slamming the rude fans onstage, saying, "This is what the f**k we gon' do for you disrespectful muthaf**kers out there. B***h, we gon' sit in muthaf**kin silence! Don't you f**king play! What you think this is, b***h? It's not that."
She went on to call out Playboi's fans on Twitter by calling them "anti black a** crowd." She added, "Weak a** little boys wit blonde pubes . Ugh . Get me out of here. Y'all all got dirty a** shoes !!!!!"
That, however, didn't stop Playboi's fans as someone from the audience threw a bottle at the raptress when she was performing at "King Vamp Tour" in Portland, Oregon. "Who, b***h? Be specific, who was it? Who the f**k was it? Who the f**k was it? Where they going?" Rico asked the crowd in a video surfacing online. She then threatened, "Somebody come get this."
Amid the drama, Rico found a supporter in JT, who defended her fellow rapper in a tweet. "I want them to stop disrespecting her that s**t not cool! Or nothing to laugh about!!!!" the "Ex for a Reason" raptress fumed on Twitter while retweeting the clip. Rico thanked the City Girls member for the support, replying, "JT I love u."
