Amid the speculations, Hailey was also accused of throwing shade at Selena through an Instagram post, though she quickly shut it down. And now, Selena takes a moment to address the issue.

After surprising fans with new track "Look at Her Now" and its music video, Selena greeted her fans via Instagram Live. The former Disney darling first thanked her fans for their support during this new journey of hers. Later, she appeared to talk about how Hailey publicly denied shading Selena after she posted on Instagram Stories that she was listening to Summer Walker's "I'll Kill You" featuring Jhene Aiko which is about a woman who's very possessive of her lover.

"I am so grateful for the response of the song. However, I will never stand for women tearing other women down," the "I Can't Get Enough" singer said during her Instagram Live. "So please be kind to everyone."

"Please be kind, I don't like seeing people being disrespectful or rude to other people, so please don't do that," she went on saying.

Prior to this, Hailey responded to fans' speculations that her listening to "I'll Kill You" shortly after "Lose You to Love Me" was dropped was a shade at Selena. "Please stop with this nonsense," the blond stunner said. "There is no 'response.' This is complete BS."

Previous report suggested that Hailey wasn't "fazed" by the song, but she "is just worried about how the song will affect Justin, more than anything." A source revealed, "He's had his share of struggles and mental health issues, and despite being in a much stronger place, he is also fragile and sensitive." Hailey was allegedly concerned it would make her husband "start thinking about his past" which later might "bring him back to a dark place."
