The 'Cooler Than Me' singer is celebrating his victorious adventure which he began in April but had to temporarily halt in July when he was injured by rattlesnake.

AceShowbiz - Mike Posner has completed his mammoth 3,000 mile trek across the United States after six months.

The "Cooler Than Me" singer, 31, who began his trip in Asbury Park, New Jersey on April 15, brought his journey to a conclusion in Los Angeles, California on Friday, October 18.

Taking to Instagram to celebrate the achievement, he posted clip of himself beaming and strolling shirtless through the Pacific Waves on Venice Beach, writing in the caption: "My name is Mike Posner and I walked across America. Keep Going."

On Thursday night, the final evening of his walk, he posted another video of himself to his feed, telling fans: "Shot's all teed up now. Just gotta tap it in the hole."

"Keep me in your prayers tomorrow. Keep me in your thoughts tomorrow. And know that I'ma handle my business, finish this thing up, finish what the f**k I started. Keep going!"

Back in July, the musician had to halt his trek after he was attacked by a rattlesnake last month shortly after hitting the halfway point on his journey. Posner was airlifted to a hospital and spent three weeks resting up, before getting back on the road and picking up the trail at exactly the same point where he encountered the snake.

The star's walk was inspired by the deaths of his father and DJ pal Avicii.
