Meanwhile, the former 'Teen Mom 2' star is currently under a joint investigation by Columbus County Sheriff's Office and Columbus County Animal Control for the alleged animal cruelty.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans previously revealed that she was considering to divorce and sue husband David Eason after the latter cruelly shot her French bulldog Nugget to death in their property. However, a new report states the "Teen Mom 2" star is back together with her husband because she is "too scared" to split from him.

"Jenelle is definitely considering divorcing David after he killed her dog," a source close to the MTV star told Radar Online. "This could be the end for them because she is so upset about what happened and the cruelty of him killing her dog."

However, another source claimed that Jenelle, who previously revealed that she fled their home after the incident, had come back to their marital home. "She's not divorcing him," the insider revealed. "She is back with him. She doesn't want people to know obviously, but she is back home with him."

A third insider added that Jenelle was apprehensive about filing for divorce because she's "scared" of David, who was fired from "Teen Mom 2" due to homophobic remarks, following the gruesome action he did to her dog. She previously said that David "took [the dog] and shot her in the woods... about two acres away from the house."

Jenelle further shared, "Thankfully the kids did not see him shoot the dog. They are still with me. I am very much considering pressing charges against him for this."

David is currently under a joint investigation by Columbus County Sheriff's Office and Columbus County Animal Control for the alleged animal cruelty. "On May 1, 2019, Columbus County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus County Animal Control initiated a joint investigation into allegations of animal cruelty that reportedly occurred at a residence on Money Hole Road in Riegelwood," the Colombus County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

"The investigation is ongoing. No further details will be released at this time to preserve the integrity of the investigation," the statement added.
