AceShowbiz - David Eason, the estranged husband of "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans, was arrested for violating a domestic violence restraining order and trespassing on public land.
Eason, 36, was arrested on November 8 in North Carolina for violating a domestic violence protective order and trespassing. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
According to court documents, Eason broke through a gate, removed a security camera, and attempted to take belongings from a property he shared with Evans.
Evans and Eason married in 2017 and have a 7-year-old daughter, Ensley. Evans filed for divorce earlier this year.
In March, Evans claimed that Eason had broken into her property and stolen motorbikes and ATVs, violating a no-contact order.
Following the incident, Evans, who is now dating August Keen, expressed her relief that her son Jace had been reunited with her just days after Child Protective Services dropped its case against her and Eason.
However, Keen was reported to have called 911 in August over an alleged altercation with Evans. He initially claimed she had been hitting him, but later stated that she was not on drugs and that he had "zero tolerance for violence."
Evans and Eason's relationship has been turbulent, with allegations of erratic behavior, substance abuse, and domestic violence. In June, Evans stated that she was sick of the situation and found it difficult to leave due to their shared ownership of their home.
Despite the challenges, Evans has full custody of Ensley and praised her daughter's desire to be in the spotlight.
