AceShowbiz - On August 31, August Keen, whose real name is Daniel Miranda, called 911 in Las Vegas, alleging that Jenelle Evans had been physically violent towards him after she became intoxicated. In the 911 phone call, Keen claimed that Evans had been "hitting" him all evening and demanded protection to gather his belongings.

However, in a subsequent statement posted to his Instagram Stories, Keen clarified his statements. He admitted that he had not actually been hit and that his comments about Evans "doing drugs" had been inaccurate. He explained that he had been referring to her anxiety medication and marijuana use.

According to a police report obtained by TooFab, Keen claimed that Evans had consumed "eight to 12 drinks" that evening and that he had only had two to three drinks himself. He also denied using drugs.

Despite the initial allegations, Keen declined to press charges against Evans and refused assistance from domestic violence services. The Ashley's Reality Round-Up reports that the police were unable to contact Evans, as she was sleeping upstairs and unresponsive.

Keen stated that he and Evans had had a disagreement while returning to her house from a friend's event and that he had called the police for their safety. He emphasized that he respects and loves Evans and had no intention of causing trouble.

"My intentions were to never get any of us in trouble, on the contrary, I highly respect and love her very much," Keen wrote on Instagram.

Jenelle Evans has not publicly commented on the allegations, but she has previously denied dating Keen and stated that he is solely her manager. However, Keen confirmed to the police and 911 operator that they are indeed a couple.
