AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans, 32, has accused her estranged husband David Eason, 36, of illegally trespassing on her North Carolina property on Sunday, October 20. According to Evans, Eason and five other individuals gained entry by cutting the gate locks with bolt cutters.

Surveillance video obtained by TMZ shows the group approaching Evans' garage and allegedly breaking into it. They reportedly loaded all the motorcycles, ATVs, and other belongings onto a trailer.

Evans, who was not present at the time, contacted the police and was made aware of the situation through her Ring camera. She spoke with a deputy who was accompanying Eason, who informed her that Eason was retrieving his belongings. Evans claimed that Eason had violated a court order and missed the deadline to collect his items months prior.

The video captured David removing a surveillance camera that pointed towards the driveway and garage entrance. It also shows him moving a motorcycle into the driveway, with a police car nearby with its blue strobe lights activated.

After contacting his sergeant, the deputy confirmed that Eason was only permitted to remove work tools, not vehicles. The deputy instructed Eason to return the motorbikes, which he complied with.

Evans stated that she intends to take legal action against both Eason and the police officer present. She also clarified that Eason is subject to a no-contact order and is not allowed to reside on the property.

The sheriff's department advised Eason to obtain a lawyer if he wished to retrieve any additional items.

Evans, who has three children, has been living in Las Vegas since mid-August. She filed for legal separation from Eason in February 2023, citing his erratic behavior and substance abuse issues.
