AceShowbiz - It's official, guys! Bette Midler has announced that she will be returning as one of the original Sanderson sisters in the upcoming "Hocus Pocus 25th Annivesary Special" on Freeform.
"Wait, wait a minute," said the 72-year-old in a video on the network's official YouTube page in the voice of her "Hocus Pocus" character, Winifred Sanderson. "What's a Sanderson sister celebration without Winifred?" she then asks while sporting a smile.
Midler further confirms the news by taking to her Twitter account to share her excitement. "WHAT A HOOT!! JOIN US AS 'WE FLY!' " she captions the video.

Midler will be joining previously-confirmed returning stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy and Thora Birch. Parker is set to reprise her role as Sarah Sanderson, the youngest and most beautiful sister with the ability to entrance children with her siren-like singing. Najima will once again play middle sister Mary Sanderson, who can smell children and hunts them down.
Being a part of Freeform's 31 of Nights of Halloween lineup, "Hocus Pocus" 25th anniversary special was taped in Los Angeles' famed Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Vanessa Hudgens and Jordan Fisher are tapped as the host of the evening that will feature musical performances by Fisher, Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Jordin Sparks, Jordan Fisher, Emily Estefan, PrettyMuch and Junior New System.
There will also be a Hocus Pocus-themed costume contest. Sharon Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne and Margaret Cho will serve as the judges.
"Hocus Pocus" 25th anniversary special will air on October 20 on Freeform.
