Hosted by Adam DeVine, the award-giving event held on Sunday, May 7 announced that Emma Watson, Hugh Jackman, "Hidden Figures" and "The Fate of the Furious" were among winners in movie category.

Watson was named Best Actor in a Movie, thanks to her performance in Disney's live-action adaptation "Beauty and the Beast (2017)". The 27-year-old British actress defeated the likes of Hailee Steinfeld ("The Edge of Seventeen") and Daniel Kaluuya ("Get Out") as well as formidable competitors like Hugh Jackman ("Logan") and Taraji P. Henson ("Hidden Figures").

Jackman took home Best Duo for his role in "Logan" that night. The 48-year-old Aussie actor shared the trophy with his young co-star, Dafne Keen. The pair beat out famous "The Voice" coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, "Beauty and the Beast" stars Luke Evans and Josh Gad, and "Get Out" stars Daniel Kaluuya and Lil Rel Howery among others.

Meanwhile, "Hidden Figures" and the "The Fate of the Furious" took home the Best Fight Against the System trophy and the Generation Award respectively. The eighth "Fast and Furious" movie co-stars Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson and Jordana Brewster took the stage to accept the award.

In his acceptance speech, Diesel sent his love to late co-star Paul Walker. "I gotta thank a generation that was willing to accept this multicultural franchise, where it didn't matter what color your skin was or what country you were from," the Dominic Toretto began. "When you're family, you're family." He continued, "I could never stand on this stage or talk about 'Fast and Furious' without giving love to my brother Pablo, our brother Pablo. We hope you're proud."
