Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are definitely one cute couple. As part of her V magazine "pop-up" photo journal, the 22-year-old supermodel snapped a selfie of her snuggling up to Malik when they enjoyed their Milan getaway.
In the black-and-white polaroid, the couple could be seen cuddling on a bed with their eyes closed. Hadid donned a woolen beanie as she covered her chest with what appeared to be a blanket. Her singer boyfriend, meanwhile, went shirtless as he showcased his collarbone tattoo. "US, IN MILAN," so Hadid wrote across the photo.
Aside from the selfie, Hadid shared other photos of the people who "make up her life in fashion," including Nicki Minaj, Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs among others. Photo of Minaj was even chosen for the cover of the first installment of the project titled "Gigi's Journal". In the three-layered polaroids, the Trinidadian-born raptress looked stunning in a revealing black latex ensemble which she paired with an oversized brown fur coat.
"I'm constantly taking photos of people who I love, who inspire me, who make me laugh, who turn long work days into adventures, who I appreciate, and who I want to celebrate," so Hadid wrote, before describing the project, "This journal is a small piece of that collection; the people and faces that make up my everlasting fashion tour...through my eyes."
According to Business of Fashion, Hadid started taking photographs as a child. She also had a project she described as a "creative savior for myself," which featured some polaroids taken during backstage of fashion events last autumn.
"Gigi's Journal" will hit newsstands on May 1 as part of the summer 2017 issue of V Magazine, which features Cara Delevingne and Dane Dehaan on the cover.
