SFPD Is Looking Into Kendall Jenner's Pepsi Ad Over Logo Use

The controversial ad may have crossed legal line with San Fransisco Police Department.

AceShowbiz - Kendall Jenner's controversial Pepsi ad may have some legal issues coming from the San Francisco Police Department over logo usage. Although the commercial was filmed in Thailand, the police depicted in the ad were supposed to be San Francisco police.

In the video, an emblem on the cop's shirt sleeve has "San Francisco Police" written on it. There's also an eagle spreading its wings, similar to the real SFPD uniforms except the color scheme is different.

Sources tell TMZ that Pepsi never asked permission to mimic their uniforms. SFPD are reportedly working with the City Attorney to determine if the ad producers crossed the legal line by using the logo, which the City considers proprietary.

Kendall has reportedly been shaken by the intense reaction to the controversial ad. "She feels like the whole world hates her," a source revealed, before adding that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's reportedly so upset because "she's never had to deal with this kind of backlash."
