Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton packed on the PDA at the star-studded Apollo in the Hamptons annual fundraiser in support of the legendary Harlem venue on Saturday night, August 20. Gwen brought along her boyfriend for a surprise performance of "Go Ahead and Break My Heart".

Full Picture CEO Desiree Gruber shared on Instagram a clip of Gwen and Blake's performance. According to sources, Blake was a secret, last minute addition to Gwen's performance that night. The "Sangria" hitmaker reportedly even had to borrow Jon Bon Jovi's guitar.

Prior to their performance, Blake wrapped his arm around Gwen while they watched performances from Pharrell Williams, Ciara, Bon Jovi and Joe Walsh. After performing their duet, he stood front row, cheering, clapping and even playing air guitar to the rest of her performance. The couple slipped out before Lionel Ritchie and Usher performed.
