Katherine Jenkins has been documenting her first pregnancy and now she's proudly introducing the baby. The Welsh singer gave birth to a baby girl whom she and husband Andrew Levitas named Aaliyah Reign Levitas.

The announcement was made on an Instagram pic with the caption, "Introducing our daughter Aaliyah Reign Levitas, who came loudly into the world weighing almost 7lbs and surrounded by love. We are absolutely besotted with her & grateful for the beautiful blessing of this happy, healthy, little miracle. Cwtches all round."

Dad Levitas also noted, "Mummy is recovering well and Daddy couldn't be prouder of his two gorgeous princesses."

Jenkins married painter/artist Levitas in September 2014 and announced their pregnancy seven months later. In an interview with Hello! magazine she said she's taking a break from work once a mom. "I don't want to be dragging my children around on aeroplanes," she said. "I know it works for some people, but it's just a personal thing for me. I want to be at home, I want to be there. I'd love my kids to have a really happy, secure childhood because it's so important."
