AceShowbiz - Becky Williams (Gabourey Sidibe) is getting a love interest on "Empire" season 2. Mo McRae has landed a recurring role as Becky's new flame named J-Poppa. He is booked for a three-episode arc.

J-Poppa is described as "a handsome, easygoing guy who is seeing Becky, assistant to Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) at Empire Entertainment. He also develops a strong connection with Andre (Trai Byers)." Variety first reported the news.

McRae has a regular role as Anthony "Suger" Cascade on TNT's "Murder in the First" and appeared in a recurring role as Tyler on FX's "Sons of Anarchy". His other credits include "CSI: NY", "Ray Donovan", "Lee Daniels' The Butler" and Reese Witherspoon's "Wild" among others.

"Empire" returns Wednesday, September 23 at 9 P.M. on FOX. Also set to guest star in the second season are Chris Rock, Kelly Rowland, Alicia Keys, Marisa Tomei, Lenny Kravitz, Ludacris, Adam Rodriguez, Mariah Carey and Pitbull.
