Blake Shelton made his first appearance on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend. He performed two songs on the show, "Boys 'Round Here" from his 2013 album "Based on a True Story..." and "Neon Light" from his new record "Bringing Back the Sunshine".

Besides serving as a musical guest, the country music crooner hosted the sketch show. He reprised his role as "The Voice" judge on game show "Celebrity Family Feud", and became the center of ladies' attention on reality dating series "Farm Hunk".

Blake Shelton's "SNL" debut appearance came just before "The Voice" returns for the eighth season next month on February 23 on NBC. He is back on the judging panel with the original judges Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera as well as a newer addition Pharrell Williams.
