Garrett Miles, Naomi Tatsuoka, single mother Kelly Kime and nerdy teen Trevor Douglas are some of the contestants who get Golden Tickets.

AceShowbiz - More talent was scouted during "American Idol" season 14 auditions in Nashville and Kansas City which aired as part of the Thursday, January 8 episode. Garrett Miles, a 25-year-old guy who is blind, entered the room with his dad. He sang "Proud Mary" and "Como La Flor". The judges loved him and sent him to Hollywood.

Naomi Tatsuoka didn't look convincing enough when she showed up making Jennifer Lawrence jokes, but she blew the judges away with her amazing voice when singing Adele's "Someone Like You". She got a Golden Ticket.

Another weirdo, Andrew Annello, did silly things like calling Harry Connick Jr. "bro" and kissing Jennifer Lopez's hand. He sang "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" but Harry told him to be more serious and he sang "My Girl", which was enough to earn him a spot in Hollywood.

Nerdy teen Trevor Douglas auditioned with a guitar, covering "Sing" by Ed Sheeran. He was a little off in the falsetto but his voice was nice. The judges loved him and gave him a Golden Ticket.

Kelly Kime, a 23-year-old singer mother and teacher from Virginia, also advanced, but it's her daughter Hope who stole the spotlight. The 3-year-old girl sang "Let it Go" and was handed out a ticket, too.

Piper Jones who has a powerful voice, Gina Venier whom J.Lo called "funky", Cody Fry, Lovey James and Jess Lamb were among other contestants who made it to the next round. Savion Wright, who missed the Top 24 last year, returned with a new look and got sent through again.
