AceShowbiz - Elvis Presley's former wife Priscilla Presley and their only daughter Lisa Marie Presley celebrated what would have been the 80th birthday of the late legend on Thursday, January 8. Hundreds of fans joined the celebration at Elvis' famed estate Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mail Online obtained some photos from the celebration. In one photo, Pricilla was seen cutting an eight-tier cake in honor of her ex-husband. "My gosh, I'm in total shock. So many of you here!" she told the crowd, "[Elvis] would have been amazed to see so many of you here. There's really nowhere else we'd rather be."
Lisa's four children Riley Keough, Benjamin Keough and 6-year-old twins Harper and Finley Lockwood also joined the celebration.
Elvis was also remembered by Hollywood celebrities on social media sites. Justin Timberlake posted on Instagram a photo of the King of Rock and Roll along with caption, "There's only one... Happy 80th Bday to the KING. #OftenImitatedNeverDuplicated."
He also shared a picture of a peanut butter and banana pancakes made by his wife Jessica Biel. "Also... In honor of the KING's Bday, Wifey made your boy some PB and Banana Pancakes(with a little Blueberry for The Prez... Lol)!!! #PancakesForever," he captioned it.
"Dancing with the Stars" dancer Mark Ballas and Bon Jovi's lead guitarist Richie Sambora also paid tribute to the late legend. Mark wrote, "#HappyBirthdayElvis. Since I was little I have always been a huge fan of Elvis Presley. His music, his dance moves, and hey even his movies were great. My favorite Elvis song if you twisted my arm would have to be #HeartbreakHotel. The King would have been 80 today and probably still #TCB."
Richie, meanwhile, tweeted, "God bless Elvis... Woulda been 80 today... No matter what ya do can't get away from his inspiration.."
