Rapper Chief Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart, has been evicted from his house after he failed to pay rent. According to Chicago Tribune, Keef left the Highland Park, Chicago mansion on Tuesday, June 10.

Keef was forced to leave the rented mansion after he fell behind on his rent payments by about $30,000 by March and promised to pay the total amount on April 20. According to court documents, a final eviction order was filed on May 7. Lake County Sheriff's deputies watched as movers removed the rapper's belonging to a moving truck.

Keef reportedly caused some inconvenience when he lived in the area. "It's been horrible. ... They were certainly not good tenants," said a neighbor named Ken Cooper. The owner of the property, Bal Bansal, insisted that Keef was a good tenant and that he simply moved out.

The "300" rapper took to Instagram to share a short clip of him in a house. "Lookin For Houses," he wrote. He also said in a Twitter post, "Wait till y'all see my House tho!"

Last year, Keef was sued after failing to pay rent for his Illinois mansion. Back then, he was sued for $1 million after falling behind on his payment for two months.
