Despite the fact that he has to live behind the bars, Gucci Mane will still be rolling out his new album 'The State vs. Radric Davis' on December 8.

Gucci Mane is gearing up to release his second major-label album "The State vs. Radric Davis" across United States on December 8. The likes of Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Cam'ron, Soulja Boy, Bobby V and Jadakiss are lined up as his collaborators.

The fact that he is sentenced to 12-month in jail doesn't make him worried at all. "It was a challenge for me," he told MTV. "I'm just happy my team kept my music going strong for me. And I'm happy I recorded so many records so people could hear me."

There are at least four singles released from the album. The first single "Wasted" which features Plies peaked at No. 3 on Billboard Rap Songs, and the second single "Spotlight" which has Usher lending his vocal on the line reached No. 9 on the same chart. Most recently, he premiered a music video for his latest single "Lemonade".

Earlier this month, Mane surprised the Hip-Hop community when he ended his longtime feud with Young Jeezy. "It's way bigger than all of us. The way the city has been supporting all three of us, they deserve it," he said when calling DJ Drama's radio show where Jeezy served as a guest. "It's about that time. We getting older, growing, let's do it for the city."

Mane and Jeezy were involved in a rift over the rights of their duet song "Icy" in 2005. Now that the dispute is over, there could be a collaborative project between the two. "We fining to make a movie. You know what we about to do," Mane stated.
