Fergie is making history for herself as her single "Glamorous" featuring Ludacris enters Hot 100 at #1

AceShowbiz -

The availability of Stacy Ferguson's "Glamorous" featuring rapper Ludacris for download sales has been on and off. In its ninth week, finally it gathers 166,000 digital sales and rightfully sits at the top position of Billboard Hot 100 chart. Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie has held the position twice and therefore is the only sixth solo female artist in 20 years to collect more than one #1 single from debut album.

With Fergie sitting on that position, it knocks out last week's three toppers to slip one places each. MIMS' "This Is Why I'm Hot" falls to #2, Akon's "Don't Matter" is down to #3 and Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape" featuring Akon falls 3-4.

Moving up at No. 5 is Gym Class Heroes' "Cupid's Chokehold" featuring Patrick Stump that occupied slot No. 7 last week. Stump in his band Fall Out Boy is following behind at #6 through "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race". It is the same position that it had last week.

DAUGHTRY's "It's Not Over" eventually enters the Top 10 at #7 after peeping at #11 last week. One position behind "It's Not Over" is "What Goes Around…Comes Around" by Justin Timberlake which has been constantly sliding down in the past two weeks.

No. 9 and 10 are filled with Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" and Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right" respectively. "Girlfriend" has just entered the chart last week at #5 and "Say It Right" is holding strong to its last week position.
