Synopsis
In the vein of "24," Bart (in the field) and Lisa (at CTU - Counter Truancy Unit) must stop the bullies (Dolph, Kearney and Jimbo) from releasing the ultimate stink bomb at the school's annual bake sale and release it at the school bake sale.
