ÂA witness (Charlie) to a Brighton Beach bodega murder is this week's person of interest. The Russian mob apparently shot a man they believed was carrying a message to an up-and-coming organized crime leader named Elias. The victim told the witness something just before he passed away and now not only is the Russian mob trying to kill Charlie, Elias' people are also after him. Reese manages to track down Charlie and help him escape; however, they don't get very far and end up cornered in a condemned apartment building. While Finch investigates the situation, trying to help Reese, Reese has to use his ingenuity to protect Charlie. As Reese finally escorts Charlie to safety, he figures out that things are quite what they seem. Carter catches the Brighton Beach murder and is also looking for Charlie, putting Fusco in the awkward position of knowing more than she does because he's helping out Finch. In the end, Finch worries that Fusco might have betrayed them.
