This is the second half of the Hawaii Five-0 / NCIS:LA crossover. Callen, Sam, Danny, and Chin Ho fly to Los Angeles chasing their suspect, Jarrod Taylor. The rest of the NCIS team on the ground tries to locate and contain Jarrod at LAX, but he escapes before they can track him down. Evidence eventually leads them to Taylor's hotel in Venice, where Sam and Chin Ho chase him down and arrest him. Taylor informs them that he was being paid for his services by a Dr. Rachel Johnson, an immunologist who wants to reintroduce smallpox into the population to restore nature's balance. Nell and Eric comb through Dr. Johnson's financial records and discover a bulk order for children's t-shirts, which she planned to douse in smallpox and distribute at a global youth conference in Los Angeles. The team arrives at the conference just in time to stop Dr. Johnson and prevent the disease from spreading. Afterwards, the NCIS team suggests that Danny and Chin Ho grab beers More...with them to celebrate, but they opt to go back to Hawaii instead because Hetty freaks Danny out.
