Synopsis
A drug addict (played by Martha Plimpton) is sexually attacked. In her purse, detectives Benson and Stabler find a decomposing baby's finger. When looking for both her attacker and the baby, they suspect she might be withholding information to protect her mother (played by Mary Steenburgen) or grandmother (played by Estelle Parsons). The former narcotics detective Tutuola tries to help by getting her clean.
