When a series of exsanguinated bodies turn up in Philadelphia, (the same MO that the killer had in Episode #813), the BAU believes that this could be the handiwork of The Replicator. While looking for clues, Garcia discovers that all of the victims were nurses. Remembering a case from fifteen years earlier, Rossi recalls that the BAU tracked down and apprehended a nurse-killer in nearby Pittsburgh. At an earlier point in the case, however, the team had arrested another man who turned out to be innocent and the ensuing media fallout left his life in shambles. Could this disgruntled former suspect be The Replicator?
