AceShowbiz - Four contestants returned to the stage of "The Masked Singer" season 11 for the "Final Four" night. In the Semi-Finals, aired on Wednesday, May 8, Gumball, Clock, Goldfish and Poodle Moth opened the night by performing panelist Rita Ora's hit song, "Praising You!"

The first contestant to perform that night was Clock. In her clue package, she said, "When I was younger, everyone loved to hear me sing, until I told them I wanted to do it for a living. Suddenly it was all, what?! Are you crazy?! You see, I was a young mother and most concerned was my own mom. She said, 'How are you going to take care of these kids and sing at night clubs?' But that all changed when she saw me sing one night. She was mesmerized."

Clock opted to sing "Get On Your Feet" by Gloria Estefan. For an additional clue, Clock got a phone call, "Hi, Mom. You never cease to amaze me. I've seen you perform thousands of times. I know you're nervous tonight, but remember, you performed for the pope. Ken Jeong should be a piece of cake." Stephanie Mills, someone from Sister Sledge and Shirley Bassey were among the guesses.

Gumball was up next. "As someone who was an athlete, I felt like I was back on that field," he said in his clue package. "I felt like it was time to leave it all on the stage. That's why I'm singing 'I'm Yours' tonight. It's my battle cry to this competition. I am all in now. I'm yours."

After Gumball performed the Jason Mraz song, Gumball received a phone call from his wife for an additional clue. "I'm so proud of you and watching you on that stage reminds me of your time spent off-Broadway. You're really back in your element and I'm just so excited to watch," she said, "Go bring home that Golden Mask. I love you!" Robin Thicke thought Gumball could be James Van Der Beek, while Jenny McCarthy guessed Derek Hough. Ken, on the other hand, guessed Taran Killam.

As for Poddle Month, she said in her clue package, "Before my big break, I had no cash, a credit card gaining interest and even had to borrow money for gas. I was afraid of answering my phone, just in case it was the debt collectors, again." She continued, "Until one time I was this close to ignoring it, but for some reason, something in me picked up. And thank goodness because that call changed everything."

Poodle Month sang "Price Tag" by Jessie J that night. For an additional clue, her sister called to say, "Is there anything you can't do? Seriously. From performing in that costume to earning a Golden Globe nomination, your talents are endless. Keep singing your heart out. I love you to the moon and back." The guesses included Sheryl Crow, Riley Keough and Chrissy Metz.

Goldfish concluded the night. "People wanted me to be one thing - perfect. But perfect is impossible. The one thing that I am is resilient. In Hollywood, you have to keep reinventing yourself. We're not the same from our teenage years to our adult years. And thank God! Tonight I'm singing 'Unforgettable' and it would mean the world to make it to the semi-finals. While they say goldfishes don't have a great memory, this experience is one I will never forget."

She opted to sing "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole for the night. For an extra clue, Goldfish's man called and said, "Hey babe, I'm so happy to see you thriving in this competition, but honestly, I knew you would all along. You never back down from a challenge and you absolutely love to perform live. The Golden Mask trophy's got Goldfish's name all over it. So proud of you babe." Ken went with Nicole Scherzinger for the guess. Robin named Hilary Duff, while Jenny guessed Julianne Hough.

After the audience vote, host Nick Cannon revealed two contestants who were safe. The singers who advanced to the Finale were Clock and Goldfish, meaning that Gumball and Poodle Moth had to battle it out in the final Battle Royale.

For the last smackdown battle, Poodle Moth and Gumball each put their own unique take on "If I Could Turn Back Time" by Cher. Eventually, Gumball and Poodle Moth needed to get unmasked.

Before doing so, the panelists submitted their final guesses. Robin guessed Shania Twain, Ken went with Melissa McCarthy, Jenny still believed that Poodle Moth was Chrissy Metz, while Rita mentioned Faith Hill. Jenny guessed correctly because Poodle Moth was indeed Golden Globe nominee Chrissy Metz!
