As said by a source, both will exchange the vow in April at the swanky Californian resort, the same place where Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears had ever planned to have their wedding there.
For her wedding outfit Crow told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "My wedding dress is going to be made by Ralph Lauren. Ralph is a very old friend of mine and I'm really flattered that he's agreed to do it because he has only made wedding gowns for a couple of people before." Still according to a source, "Everything from the dress down to the candles and flatware will be from his collections."
Crow Won't be Able to Attend Live 8
June 28, 2005 11:06:44Though singer Sheryl Crow won't be able to perform for the July 2nd Live 8 concert in Paris, still she urges fans to support the event. Citing "substantial logistical and personal challenges" as the reasons of her inability to perform in the cause, a message on her Website said "Although Sheryl cannot be there personally she is supporting the outstanding cause to awaken the G8 leaders to the fact that they have the power to end extreme poverty by applying a workable plan to double aid, drop the debt and make the trade laws fair."
In related news, Crow will release a new studio album on September 27. The first single to be released from the as-yet-untitled CD is called "Good is Good."
Sheryl Crow Aquatic Center Opened for Public
June 02, 2005 11:06:49Sheryl Crow has opened her Sheryl Crow Aquatic Center in her southeast Missouri hometown. The center has an 82-foot-long swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, a splash pad and water slide.
To mark the momentous event, attended by area musicians including her father, Wendell Crow, the Grammy-winner played a few songs to celebrate the opening of the complex over the Memorial Day weekend.
