The disgraced star of 'The Cosby Show' is serving his 3 to 10 years sentence at the State Correctional Institute Phoenix for drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

AceShowbiz - The Pennsylvania prison where Bill Cosby is serving time for sexual assault was placed on lockdown last week, ends January 27, after a drone used to capture images of the actor behind bars was spotted overhead.

"The Cosby Show" star, who is suffering from blindness, was being escorted around the yard at the State Correctional Institute Phoenix when the high-tech flying gadget was identified by authorities.

The 81-year-old and his fellow inmates were rushed back to their cells, where they were forced to remain for the rest of the day as a security precaution, according to TMZ.

Officials believe the drone was being used by bosses at a media outlet to obtain rare footage of disgraced Cosby in prison, but it's unclear if the attempt was successful.

He was sentenced to serve three to 10 years behind bars in September (18) for drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.

His lawyers have since filed an appeal, challenging his conviction.
