AceShowbiz - Kristen Stewart is preparing her debut as a director. The "American Ultra" actress is teaming up with fashion and entertainment website Refinery29 for a short film about the power of women, tentatively titled "Water".

Kristen's short film will be included in Refinery29's ShatterBox Anthology, a collection of 12 short films from female writers and directors which will "explore the dynamics of power." It's still unknown whether Kristen will also star in the movie. The plot of the film has also yet to be revealed.

Other famous women which will also be making their directorial debuts with Refinery29 include Chloe Sevigny with her film "Kitty" and Gabourey Sidibe with her project "A Tale of Four Women".

Kristen expressed her interest to become a director in an interview with E! News at the Sundance Film Festival back in January. "Hopefully as soon as humanly possible," she said of directing, "I really want to. I have to find the right thing. I started working when I was 9. I love this industry. I love what movies can do so I'll find my story."
