Judging by the first trailer for 'Civil War', the movie story line will have a very different perspective than the comics.

AceShowbiz - There is one thing that the first trailer for "Captain America: Civil War" has made clear. While both "Captain America" comic and "Iron Man" comic give the readers the same perspective of what's Cap doing in the Civil War, the movie has a very different point of view.
In the comics, there wasn't necessarily a "bad guy" at all, but the movie version is likely to paint Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) as a much more clear "enemy" as that's how Captain America (Chris Evans) will view them.
In "Civil War", there are two sides who both wanted to do the right thing in very different ways. Because Cap tends to see things in black or white, if Iron Man is in the way, he will become his enemy. By making Tony Stark's side more enemy than opposition, it will likely make things bleaker before the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1".
Also starring Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Sebastian Stan, William Hurt and Chadwick Boseman, "Captain America: Civil War" is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 6, 2016.
