The 'Mad Max: Fury Road' actress reportedly obtained custody of an African-American newborn baby girl in July.

AceShowbiz - Charlize Theron is now a mother of two. The "Mad Max: Fury Road" actress has adopted a newborn baby girl named August. She reportedly obtained the custody of the child in July, a month after she broke up with Sean Penn.
TMZ reports the "Prometheus" star worked with an adoption agency for 6 months. The baby was born in the United States and is African-American. She joins 4-year-old Jackson whom the actress adopted from South Africa in 2012.
"I do know that choosing to be a mom in my late 30s has been really great for me," she said of motherhood to W magazine. "It's given me perspective."
Charlize Theron and Sean Penn split in June. They had an awkward reunion in South Africa to reshoot "The Last Face" which he directed and she starred in.
