The post-credits scene reveals whose side Ant-Man will be on in the upcoming 'Captain America: Civil War'.

AceShowbiz - "Ant-Man" post-credits scene gives some clues of whose side Paul Rudd's character will stay on in the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War". It also reveals how Hope (Evangeline Lilly) will get her own superhero identity in the future.

Ant-Man may end up joining Captain America (Chris Evans) thanks to his budding friendship with Falcon (Anthony Mackie). In the final scene of "Ant-Man", Falcon is looking for Scott Lang, probably to recruit him up.

The post-credits scene shows Captain and Falcon discovering an injured Bucky/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) with his arm stuck in a vice. While Captain and Falcon were helping Bucky, they remarked that it "would have been easier" a week earlier, suggesting that something big has occurred.

Falcon then asked Captain if he should call Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), but Cap said no. He added that Tony might not be able to help anyway because of "the accords." Falcon said they didn't need to call Tony because he knew "a guy," referring to Scott.

"Ant-Man" ends with Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) showing his daughter Hope a prototype for Wasp suit. Hope will be getting her own superhero identity in the future while the time is still unknown. Evangeline is not among the cast of "Civil War" and no "Ant-Man" sequel has been announced yet.

The Wasp was the superheroic name of Hope's mother Janet Van Dyne. Janet was lost in the quantum realm when she was disabling a Soviet nuke. Hank spent years studying the quantum realm to get his wife back. According to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, details of the quantum realm will play a bigger role in the MCU.

Kevin previously told The Hollywood Reporter, "The whole notion of the quantum realm and the whole notion of going to places that are so out there, they are almost mind-bendingly hard to fathom. It all plays into Phase Three. It became very clear that Ant-Man is the pinnacle and finale of Phase Two and 'Captain America: Civil War' [May 6] is the start of Phase Three."
