'Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People' special will have Oprah Winfrey and Scarlett Johansson among the guests.

AceShowbiz - Barbara Walters will continue to host her popular long-running special that highlights some of the year's most prominent names in entertainment and pop culture. She will read "The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014" Sunday, December 14 on 9:00 - 11:00 P.M. ET
ABC announces the anchor will interview the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Neil Patrick Harris, Chelsea Handler, and Scarlett Johansson for the special. Other guests will be announced sometime soon.
"I was absolutely delighted when ABC approached me to do another year of '10 Most Fascinating People'," gushes Walters. "I know we said last year was our last, but there are just too many fascinating people out there and you never pass up the opportunity to interview Oprah, Neil, Chelsea, or Scarlett."
Since its first airing in 1993, "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People" has consistently been one of the highest rated specials of the year. Last year, it dominated its 90 minute time period with Total Viewers and all key Adult demos, and drew its largest overall audience in three years.
It's not Walter's first return to television since her last year retirement. She returned as a guest on "The View" in June and then interviewed Peter Rodger, the father of Santa Barbara shooter Elliot Rodger for a special episode of "20/20".
